Over the last 9 months I have been treated in the Breast Care Unit, Oncology, and A&E and several support teams to these. I have on all occasions received excellent service, support, respect, profession care and careful clear explanations enabling me to understand and trust in their treatment and judgement.

During my experience of tests and procedures at Queens Hospital Burton, in particular the Breast Unit, I was shown the utmost care and consideration by all of the staff. They are exceptional people in every way! Thank you.

All of the staff at the Breast Care unit were kind, caring and totally empathetic. All were extremely professional in their approach while always treating me and my partner with care and sensitivity. A great team of people.

The breast care unit at Queens Hospital is a beacon of excellence in health care. The staff go above and beyond. The only down side was a Consultant Radiologist from Derby was outwardly stressed and flustered and made me feel I was a burden as I had felt faint so was promptly put onto a bed and cared for by the nursing team but this was just before I was due to have the ultrasound scan and this consultant made his irritation very clear, which I felt was very inappropriate and unprofessional.
